A performance shortboard is a staple of any surfer's quiver.These boards will perform in a variety of conditions from small to medium sized surf. Resin8 now has shapes designed by both Sam Egan and Wade Tokoro. Choose from our swallow tail, squash tail, round pin, or pro model.

The swallow tail series has a little more width and less rocker, making these boards better for smaller and mushy waves. The swallow is loose and fast with plenty of planing speed and retain momentum. These boards work well as an all rounder for intermediate surfer or small wave board for better surfers though they are great fun on good surf too, very fast. More sizes (6'3" and 6'7") coming later this year!

The squash and round tail series are narrower than the swallow, making them ideal for medium sized more hollow beach breaks, reefs and points and for making tighter turns in the pocket and vertical surfing.
